It's the United States of "Don't Touch That Exhibit Right in Front of You."

"Well I guess it all started the first time I went through the second grade. I caught my reflection in a spoon while I was eating my cereal, and I remember thinking, "Wow, you're ridiculously good looking, maybe you could do that for a career."

Lunch, Japanese Style

I have been researching interesting things to pack for Ethan's school lunch. Lunchables are way too high in sodium and other things, he gets tired of sandwiches (don't we all?), and he's not overly fond of purchasing a school lunch. So, I read about these things called Bentos. Bento or obento is Japanese for boxed lunch. They're usually served in partitioned boxes and are adorable but healthy. Well, Santa Claus purchased the items pictured above for me to begin my attempt at Bento-ing for Ethan. I will keep you posted on what's what and how it goes. Hopefully, it will be successful. Otherwise, the boys are going to have some new items to add to their play kitchen. ;)

A few examples of Bentos(That I did NOT do!):

Happy New Year!
